Classics at Redwood City
A new three-level residential building comprised of 18 detached units above a partial subteranean parking garage with 35 parking stalls. The units with public frontages would have separate entries accessed by raised stoops to engage the public sidewalks, and the remaining units would have enties off of the centralized circulation and podium courtyard.
