Eight-story multifamily residential building featuring 92 condominium units with three levels of underground parking and one level of above ground parking. The ground floor garage is partially wrapped by 4,500 square feet of retail space and a residential lounge area. Floors 2-7 contain 92 condominiums with a landscaped podium courtyard off the second floor at the rear of the building . The 8th floor consists of a partially-enclosed rooftop courtyard with landscaping and resident amenities such as outdoor kitchens and seating areas.
